Configure ThoughtSpot's translation tools to deliver localized Answers and Liveboards to users across your instance and Orgs.
This course is designed for ThoughtSpot administrators who need to make content accessible to users in multiple languages. It covers two complementary translation methods — auto-translation and manual CSV-based translation.
In this course, you'll learn:
Auto-Translation
- Learn how auto-translation works and what powers it across different browsers and deployment types
- Enable the feature for your instance and manage Org-level settings
- Understand how end users activate translated content through their profile's system language setting
Manual Translation
- Enable manual translation and complete the CSV workflow: download existing content, supply translations, and upload the file back into ThoughtSpot
- Manage translation files directly from Admin Settings
- Apply priority rules that govern which translation takes effect when auto and manual methods — or instance and Org-level CSV files — are in use simultaneously
