Semi-Additive Measures
Learn how to use a semi-additive measure, which is a measure that is usually aggregated for all attributes except for date and time.
Semi-additive measures are a snapshot data that is usually aggregated on all attributes except data and time. These are used in cases such as inventory balances, where we receive a daily balance position of our inventory at a store level.
This course explains what semi-additive measures are, the use cases where they are most impactful, and how to use the new first_value and last_value functions.
Important note: Semi-additive measures are still in Early Access. Depending on your ThoughtSpot release version, you may have to contact support to have them enabled.
